I would ck e-bay and google.I found some deals on e-bay..but with designer frames you will pay a premium price. over 200$ is commonplace.Cartier has frames over $1500.I think google has a wealth of information you should try.lenses will run over $100 unless you want the least expensive lens..which is kinda like puttin regular gas in a ferrari.a good polycarbonate lens with anti-reflective coating ans scotchguard or some other similar coating over it will give you the best and clearest vision of any of the lenses.
