Edible Massage Oil – Body Cream – 7 Ways to Seduce Your Lover With Massage

(1) Choosing the right edible massage oil / body cream that delivers what it promises can be difficult. to have a pleasurable experience make sure the edible massage oil / cream is made with 100% natural ingredients. Botanical ingredients (from plants) are the best. Artificial flavors, fragrance, colors and other synthetic ingredients will just make you sticky & greasy, may dry up quickly, can cause infections and in general taste nasty.

There are quality products out there; you just have to look a little harder. first look at the name of the product and then the picture on the label. does it sound or look sleazy? If it’s sleazy on the outside, then it probably is on the inside too.

Again, if the product you are considering has artificial ingredients or chemicals.don’t buy it. Not only is this going into your mouth and on sensitive areas of the body, but our skin will absorb it as well. You can choose an edible; massage oil, body cream or lotion, as long as it has a long-lasting glide. it can be a hard task finding a product that is actually going to do what is says, because most products claim they are great or natural, when in fact they are not. just be picky and keep experimenting, you will find the right one. It’s so worth it

(2) When you have chosen the right product, put a little bit of your favorite edible massage oil on different places of your body. tell your lover that there are 5 yummy spots to find and taste on your body. but actually only put 4. this can be really fun.

(3) ask your partner to lay on their stomach, straddle your lover and put a small amount of your favorite edible massage oil / body cream in an S shape on your lover’s back. You can also massage the oil / cream between your hands first to warm it up, before you make the S shape. take just the tips of your nipples and trace them very lightly back and forth, up and down, all over your lover’s back. Not using your hands, slowly increase the pressure of your body as you move. You will eventually end up using all of your chest and belly to give a very sensual massage. Your partner will love you If you are a woman this works with all shapes and sizes of breasts.

(4) Rub a small amount of your favorite flavored massage oil / body lotion between your hands. Massage every intimate place on the front of their body, kiss and lick as you go along. You will be pleasantly surprised how incredible everything will taste, especially if it contains only natural ingredients. just like food, it’s fun to change things up with a little flavor.

(5) there is one feeling that is truly amazing, (besides the one we all know very well. hopefully). Lay your lover on their back, and sit on top. take your edible massage oil and spread a little all over the front of their chest and belly. start with a small amount of massage oil / body cream, you can always add more. then slowly caress your chest; throat and belly with more massage oil. Your lover will enjoy watching you. Remember to look at your lover with desire. Lean over and lie on top of your partner and press your body against them and start moving. tell your lover to put their hands on your hips to help you move together. slowly up and down and all around. there are no words to describe this except. heavenly.

(6) If you have tried at least 2 of the ideas listed above and still have not received a massage in return, or you just want another one, here’s an idea. Sit on the couch or in bed together. Remember to always ask your partner how they like to be touched; this is an important factor for giving a good massage. start with an edible massage oil body cream, a flavor that you know you and your lover will enjoy. Massage, stroke and glide your hands up and down your lover’s arm, hand and fingers. Keep both of your hands on your partner at the same time, squeezing one of yours hands up their arm, while sliding down their arm with your other hand. only massage one of their arms for 2 to 5 minutes. Pour a little oil in your partner’s hand and ask them to rub their hands together. then put your arm out and softly say, will you massage me? be sweet, you’ll get what you want and who knows what it will lead to.

(7) After you have given your lover a really nice hand massage with your favorite edible massage oil body cream, now it’s time to make it into an edible massage. Slowly bring your lover’s hand up to your mouth and start to kiss and taste each one of their fingers one at a time very gently, then use your other hand to guide each finger in and out of your mouth. Gently use your tongue, lips and teeth to seduce your lover. again, make sure to look into their eyes while you do this, they will appreciate every moment. You will enjoy the edible flavors as well as turning them on, and your lover will enjoy watching you. What’s next? .It’s up to you.

Massage Candles – Massage Practice Profits

Massage candles are just now starting to gain visibility in the marketplace. still relatively unknown by many people, a massage therapy practice is the ideal place to introduce your clients to this new type of candle. And because massage oil candles typically have generous mark-up potential, they can also provide a lucrative, incremental stream of revenue and profits to your practice.

Demonstrating massage candles and incorporating them into your massage therapy practice is the best way to get your customers excited, buying, and adding to your bottom line. because of their ingredients, massage candles have a very low melting point, just slightly above body temperature.

Melting at just 101 – 102 degrees, massage candles are warm, not hot. however, unless someone has actually tried a massage candle, they tend to be skeptical of the candle’s ability to burn cooler than a traditional candle and to deliver moisturizing benefits to the skin. Once a client has experienced the candle for themselves, they are far more likely to appreciate their use and the results they bring.

The ideal way to introduce massage candles to your clients is to use them as a massage oil alternative when actually giving a massage. when you use them in your own professional setting, massage oil candles immediately have credibility with your clients, adding to the likelihood that they will purchase them for personal use.

Another alternative is to simply have a massage candle available for demonstration at your reception desk. Offering each client a quick demonstration on the back of a hand can be an easy and effective way to demonstrate both how the product feels going on and how it absorbs within minutes, leaving skin silky and soft.

Need specific ideas to stimulate sales and increase practice profits? here are several techniques for introducing and promoting massage candles to your clients.

- Offer clients a hand or foot massage using the massage candle instead of traditional massage oil. some massage therapists offer this service at an up-charge to account for the retail selling price of the candle and then send the unused portion of the massage candle home with the client. not only does this move a candle from your inventory, but it encourages personal use of the candle and increases the likelihood of a repeat sale.

- Use the massage candle during your massage session and then offer your client an incentive for buying a candle for personal use. Incentives might include a discount off the regular retail price if purchased today, or perhaps a buy two/get one at half price type of offer.

- or, simply use the candle in your massage therapy session, promote its benefits, and let your enthusiasm for the product encourage purchase of a candle for personal use without an incentive attached.

- Finally, some therapists have had great success using a massage candle as an incentive to encourage the purchase of a higher dollar value gift certificate or multiple session package. For example, you might offer a massage candle as a gift when a gift certificate or massage package of $150 or more is purchased. This is an especially attractive offer to promote higher ticket certificates and massage packages during the holidays, for Valentine’s Day, for Mother’s Day, and similar occasions.

There are many ways to incorporate massage oil candles into your practice to help drive your revenue upward. Involve your staff and encourage them to suggest ideas to stimulate massage candle sales. Get excited, use your imagination, put ideas into action, and enjoy your new found profits

Restaurant Review: Thai Aloy

Returning from Southeast Asia, it took me quite a while to re-acclimate to paying more than a few pennies for authentic Thai cuisine. So when I’m accosted by a $16 check for a plate of green curry and a tom yum soup, it needs to at least be “aloy mak mak.” (Thai for very delicious)

Aloy Thai, formerly and still inconsistently known as Chy Thai, is located in the shopping center at the corner of Canyon and 28th in Boulder. Aloy Thai recently embarked upon a re-branding. Seeing how well that worked out for new Coke, I asked our Server, Jake, “Why the name change?” I was amused to learn that too many confused Boulderites had been ordering food at Chez Thuy, the Vietnamese joint down the road and arriving at Chy Thai for pick-up or vice-versa.

A quick interior re-vamp and a few menu-item name swaps later, Aloy Thai was reborn. Don’t be confused if you go, as some details haven’t been changed over yet and still display remnants of the Chy Thai era. gone is the open-style kitchen, replaced by an expansive seating area, functional but too stark to consider cozy. Modern touches like brushed-steel flashing, bamboo accents and Siamese-style art adorn pale yellow, cinnabar and celadon painted walls.

Ambience, however, isn’t the main draw here; reasonably priced, fully flavored Thai food is.

I could have easily written this review from memory as I’ve been to Chy Thai many times. Recommending the roast chicken curry, or the Chy — oops — Aloy Thai noodle would have been a no-brainer. I branched out though and tried a variety of other dishes suggested by Jake, who seemed to know Thai food surprising well, for an American guy.

If you get him talking, he’ll fill you in on some Aloy Thai secrets. Tom kha, chicken soup with coconut milk ($8), can be ordered as a small personal portion if you ask for it politely, even though it’s not listed on the menu. The chili oil drizzled on top is house-made. Translucent orange droplets add a beautiful contrast to the creamy soup. Notes of bright lemon grass and kaffir lime are enhanced by the gentle warmth of the oil’s earthiness.

Drunken pork woon sen, ($11), stir-fried bean thread noodles with sliced pork, egg and vegetables, evanesced fragrant notes of Thai basil. The sliced pork, another suggestion from our server, was a splendid match with the woon sen.

Try as I might, I couldn’t resist ordering my old standby of roast chicken curry($12). This slight twist on a traditional red curry employs red grapes, pineapple and roasted chicken to impart extra flavor and delicate sweetness.

Beef Pad Prig Khing ($11), sliced beef with onion, pepper, carrots, green beans, mushrooms and cabbage is stir-fried with spicy Thai red curry powder. This “nicey spicy” dish, spreads warmth evenly through your entire mouth, leaving you with just enough time to locate your water glass. although flavor-wise this dish was good, it was fairly greasy. I’d order it again, but implore the kitchen to go easy on the oil. (I’ve experienced overly oily dishes here before, so this could be a good tip to remember to ensure you don’t get more than your fill.)

Two entrees and a soup or an appetizer is typically enough food for two at Aloy, though I’ve found the portion sizing somewhat inconsistent here. Regardless of the days allotment it’s always enough food to satisfy.

We ended the meal with sticky rice and coconut custard, ($5) a well-advised selection from a dessert menu I had long overlooked. The leftovers served as a tasty tidbit for breakfast the following morning.

A restaurant takes on a big responsibility when naming itself “delicious.” Slight inconsistencies in preparation and portioning aside, I’ve concluded from multiple visits that Aloy lives up to its moniker even if I can’t pay in small increments of Thai baht while overlooking the deep blue Andaman Sea and anticipating my $6 Thai massage.

  • Vitamin E is useful in skin repair and in defending it from harmful bacteria. It retains a moisture barrier which prevents the epidermis from drying out completely
  • Vitamin a collaborates with vitamin C and E to enhance the antioxidant action
  • Alpha-hydroxy or beta-hydroxy acids – These mild acids help dead skin cells slough off more easily. they enable your skin to retain more water and are found to be especially effective when it comes to anti-aging.

Scalp Massage Techniques

For many people, scalp massage is the most relaxing part of a full-body therapy session. Many clients love scalp massage techniques so much, that they will request concentration of most of their hour on the scalp.

Head massage can be given to treat pain conditions such as migraines, sinusitis or ear aches. It often involves massage of the neck, shoulders, scalp and face. It can be provided on a massage table or as part of chair massage.

There are many great benefits to having regular scalp massage, including:

  • Increased blood circulation to the head, bringing more oxygen and nutrients to the scalp
  • Deep relaxation for the entire body
  • Decreased pain and/or headaches
  • Draining of sinuses – less congestion
  • Draining of ear congestion

The three main scalp massage techniques include:

1. Indian Head Massage

This is often a vigorous massage which is relaxing, calming, and invigorating at the same time. Sometimes called Champissage, this technique is using a firm touch with deep pressure, but should not be painful.

It will usually involve work on the head, neck, shoulders, upper arms and face. Treatments are often 30 minutes to one hour. Cost can be $45 – $85, depending on where you receive treatment.

2. Tibetan Head Massage

Tibetan Head Massage is more relaxing, involving a slower, more detailed head therapy treatment. It is a deeply relaxing experience focusing on pressure points in the head and the balancing of energy pathways.

It will usually involve work on the head only. although, neck, shoulders, and face may have a very short amount of time and attention focused on each area. Treatments are often 30 minutes. Cost can be $30 – $50, depending on where you receive treatment.

3. Ayurvedic Head Treatment

Often referred to as Shirodhara, this is an extremely relaxing treatment that involves pouring a gentle stream of warm herbal organic oil over the third eye and forehead for 30 to 50 minutes, depending on your imbalances, followed by gentle scalp massage. It is known to balance the nervous system and produce a clear mental state, while providing a deep relaxation.

Treatments are typically one hour in duration and cost $40-$90, depending on where you receive treatment.

Many Asian traditions believe that when the qi (or energy) does not flow through our head (and body) adequately, negative energy builds up, causing illness, including headaches, neck pain, back pain, and even baldness or hair loss.

Asian cultures hold scalp massage techniques in such high regard, that they choose this type of therapy over full-body treatments many times.

Use of Scented Oils

Aromatherapy utilizes essential oils for the purposes of healing and magnifying all levels of our being. we can use these oils for the purposes of reducing an illness or a minor ache such as a headache; and, on a more mundane level, we can enjoy the aromas created by our favorite scented oils.

Folks may think that essential oils are exactly the same as our favorite perfume but this is not the case. Essential oils are produced from natural plants where as perfumes contain certain non-natural substances meaning that a little bit of oil will go a long way.

Some of the wonderful uses of essential oils are: bug repellents, massage enhancers, and bath additives. Be careful, though, which oils you use because certain scents can have the opposite effect of attracting mosquitoes and the like. By using a few drops of oil in your bath, you’ll have a relaxing or refreshing soak depending on which moods you want to activate.

One way to enjoy the benefits of aromatherapy oils is to put a few drops on a tissue and then hold it near your nose to ensure that you do not have an allergic reaction to that particular oil. if you do have a reaction, there are plenty of other amazing oils to choose and understand that when you are using oils for message benefits, be sure to keep the liquid away from sensitive areas on your body.

Oil warmers are an excellent option to use in the house in place of flames and smoke caused by candles or incense and are especially good if you have someone who is a bit shy about having an open fire in your home. one of the best effects of your oil warmer is that it can be used as a decorative piece to boost the design of your home when not creating scent. Oil warmers are also reasonably priced so you don’t have to spend a lot of money on your oil warmer of choice. with a little bit of thought, you’ll find an excellent oil warmer that you’ll be sure to love.

Aromatherapy Massage and Massage Oils

Aromatherapy, as the name suggests, means treating the body using scents. Throw in massage to that and you have a healing treatment that stimulates the senses – touch, smell and even sight and hearing (when the setting is right and you have added mood lighting and relaxing music). With this modality, essential oils are used to massage so as to heal and promote wellness. Aromatherapy has been proven to improve one’s health, cognitive function and mood. An important aspect of the aromatherapy massage is the oils that are used. these essential oils can heal, kill bacteria, cure skin problems, invigorate the senses and relieve pain.

This is a holistic treatment program that lets you enjoy the smell of essential oils such as peppermint, lavender, rose and lemon. Drops of these oils are applied and rubbed into the skin, added to the bath water, or burned in such a way that it fills the entire room. as you inhale these pleasant scents, your nervous system and brain are stimulated and rejuvenated.

The oils used for aromatherapy massage are actually taken from botanical materials – flowers, trees, fruits, leaves, bark, etc. there are around 150 of these oils and these can be used by themselves or blended with other oils. Eucalyptus, bergamot, basil, jasmine, sandalwood and ylang ylang are just some of these. It is important that these oils are all-natural, oils that are synthetic will not be as effective. these essential oils contain chemical components such as ketones, esters, alcohols, terpenes and aldehydes that have health benefits to the body.

Which Type of Oil Is Best for Your Massage?

Massage Oils have been regarded as the massage practitioner’s strongest friend. They help him/her provide a stress-melting touch for clients, and promote a release of anxiety, stress and tension.

When a massage therapist chooses the type of massage oil that they will use on a daily basis, it is done with much care.

They not only consider the ingredients in the oil (vitamins, minerals, etc.), but the oil will help the client in the healing process.

Of course, they must consider price, as well as how it warms as it is applied to the skin.

Natural, pure massage oils are chemical-free and cold-pressed. They provide the smoothest glide possible.

The most popular types of oil used for massage and their benefits are:

  • Almond

Almond oil is perfect for dry skin. It is very light when applied and contains Vitamins a, B1, B6, and E.

  • Arnica

This oil is typically a cold-pressed olive oil with arnica extract. It is anti-inflammatory and great for bruises, irritation and sore, inflamed muscles.

  • Jojoba

Jojoba (pronounced ho-HO-ba) is an extract of the seed of the jojoba tree (Simmondsia chinenis). It is a pure, cold-pressed oil that is rich in Vitamin E, resembling the body’s own natural oil. The best thing about this oil is that it won’t become rancid and start to smell in your massage room.

The negative is that it can be expensive for the pure, organic oil. just remember, with this oil a little goes a long way.

  • Grapeseed

This is a natural, light, massage oil. It absorbs easily into skin and nourishes skin with many nutrients. It is also an anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, anti-histamine, and anti-aging oil. It is great to help treat arthritis, dermatitis, acne, dry skin, and sun burns.

It is very economical, but the residue can become rancid on table linens and on the shelf.

Making the most of your massage oil

Adding essential oils to a pure massage oil is another option for many therapists.

A massage oil recipe will often include drops of essential oils to treat specific ailments such as fatigue, stress, anxiety and pain. Often, only a few drops of essential oil is required for each recipe.

A massage oil warmer is another necessity for a massage practitioner. It can heat the oil to provide instant relaxation and stress relief for the client.

When you combine the soothing touch of a massage therapist, the aromatic scent of the essential oils, the warmth of a properly heated lubricant, slow massage music and the best massage oil for your client, you’ve set the stage for true relaxation and rest.

Why isn't he interested in sex anymore?

Im 31 and my husband of 13 years is 34. We married very young and sex was exciting and frequent. We didn't start having kids until 6 years into our marriage so we had enjoyed our marriage. He changed when I became pregnant with our first child. He didn't want to have sex during the pregnancy and rarely after the baby was born. Im really surprised I got pregnant 2 more times because we rarely had relations. I've tried everything to entice him. On our recent anniversary we went out of town, got the hotel room with the jacuzzi, candles, champagne, massage oils and edible lotions…even porn. We had sex for like 3 mins. he finished and fell asleep and that was it. I've recently lost 25lbs and I feel I look the best I have in years and still nothing. I have asked him time and time again why..it ends up in a huge argument. I love my husband but at the same time how much more can I go living with a man that is not attracted to me. if it was a health issue I would be inclined to help him deal with the issue but he says he is ok..so whats the deal? I'm hurt, frustrated and confused…please help. Thanks

I asked the same question a while back and I was told about a product that the guy had personally used. ( vigrx plus ) I really wanted my husband to try it, but it's like $500 for a year supply, and that is the only way to order it. It's not bad when you consider the price of viagra, and multiply that by 12 months, plus, viagra will do nothing for his desire, or his lack therof. Viagra also has some side effects. Research the product and see what you think. good luck.

I think that a lot of it has to do with the way that you treat each other. I was not paying attention to my wife much and sex didn't really interest me that often. This was due to the fact that I got turned off when we got into arguments or I had some type of resentment towards her. I was often too mad to think about sex. We got some help and the sex life has come back completely. I don't know how your relationship is.

Perhaps he's entering the period in life where he is starting to lose interest in sex… but quite early. This usually doesn't happen until guys are in their 40's from what I've been reading online. but this is just a guess, since I don't really know your situation.

You may also want to consult a sex therapist with this one.

Pay attention and see if he is looking at porn on the computer. if so there is the answer! many men can subsitute the bedroom for the internet. That was the first thing that came to my mind when I read your post.

good luck

maybe he is just bored with what you do. try spicing things up. wear sexy undergarments. try whips and handcuffs… and if you are up for it maybe bring in another partner…. if you or him are willing to, try everything at least once…

you need to ask these questions: is he tired from work? is he more stressed out lately? is he cheating? if you are doing everything to initiate sex then dont think something is wrong with you he has the problem.

A mans sexual desire peaks at age 17-19. And after 25 it declines. Some decline slowly over the decades, and some decline rapidly over age 30. now we have drugs like viagra, but he has to be willing to try them.

Madonna-Whore Syndrome

Maybe try to please him, oral sex? idk
Maybe try to get him to open up, but do it subtlely. Maybe something is bothering him..

Sounds like you two could use some counseling.

He might be cheating or it could be that he is too busy.

I think he just doesn't find you attracting anymore. The question is will you keep living with him knowing this?

he is addicted to porn you know that he say so in one of your previous questions

he is getting it from some where else!!! No real man is none sexually

Your sex problem may not just be a sex problem. Maybe your relationship has gone stale and that is why he has no interest in having sex with you. This often happens when couples get married very young. at a certain age they start thinking about all they think they have missed out on. it happens to women, too. it is easy to blame your spouse if you aren't happy with your life.

I suggest that you get some marriage counseling to reconnect on all levels, and once you do, your sex life will probably take care of itself.

sex in physical shape usually go hand in hand and either he is embarrassed it isn't good to go at it 3 or 4 minutes….

life can humiliate people on many ways and not having sex is a sign of being humiliated…for any reason…everything shows up in sex….your a god, a goddess, a slut, a wimp, a whore, a beast, a begger, a cry baby…you name it can show up…

what happens if you find yourself a wimp…or feeling rejected…this can happen by having a wandering eye that you suppress….it can happen do to feelings of loser from work….

it can happen when you know your number 2 and your kid is number 1. I couldn't take being number 2…i don't have any kids and i don't want them…I know myself and I'm a great uncle, doctor and so on…but i am dominate and domineering when angry and to me there is great power in this…luckily my wife is very enthusiastic about sex and is very responsive to my drive….

I body of mine was hit over the head with a hammer in Iraq. He was a total stud and now is a total ok guy…his woman left him and he's down all the time…

men don't talk about their problems but it share feels great to have sex and conquer them or subdue them and if he doesn't want to do that there will be a problem…guys don't bounce back without a kick in the balls and you love him too much to do it and you'll feel like he is unworthy of you…

my guess he's in there somewhere….maybe he's a little depressed…if you threaten to not sleep with him and are thinking of leaving and he calls you a crap person and still doesn't address sex then he has a sex problem and is too humiliated to deal with it. Watch, there is nothing worst than being humiliated and nothing that demands such lies….

Plenty of men will be glad to have sex with you….that thought alone might give you courage to stay and work things out…if not….you'll be having lots of sex sooner than you think with men who will treat you the way you want…

im a guy, and it could be many things. my wife had a medical issue with her vagina and i lost the need to want to have sex for awhile, but i got it back with her help after the issue was surgically fixed. maybe he has a porn addiction. he could be uhhh playing to much with himself. maybe it feels different after child birth for him? a lot of guys dont want to have sex when their wives are pregnant, i wouldnt worry about that part. but other things might be is there an odor issue? is there a hair issue? maybe a weight issue? a lot of things come into play here. is he cheating? FYI, all that stuff you did for him in the hotel is a womans idea of "hot and sexy" a guys idea would have been for you to come out wearing nothing or very little and started playing with yourself on the bed right in front of him and after dove mouth first right onto his junk, just to give you an idea of things. guys are very different, try being dirtier with him.

What a douche. my ex-wife was the same way. I kept in great shape for her. I am one of those with the stamina of a bull. she wanted 3 to 5 minutes "just get it over with." I though, "am I bad in bed." Since I am single again, I have found that women really love what I bring to the bed.

Why don't you try some counseling?

Edit: I don't know about that jakeb. I'm 32, and it isn't slowing down; in fact, it is increasing, especially since I am experiencing good sex again.

some men or women go off of sex as they get older, either they get bored of it just doesnt interest them for some reason, he may want it less because it is repetitive and can be boring. does he always have to do the work ? do you only try a few positions? if so spice it up a little bit and maybe get on top and let him sit back and see that he isnt the only one who gets worn out and tired during sex. i am a man and i can tell you from previous relationships that having to do the work 99% of the time isnt to fun. a man likes to see that the girl is not embarressed and want sex so much she will get on top and do the work
good luck

The Beauty of Facial Massage!

Tension can build up within our facial muscles from the pressures of everyday life without us realising it. it can be easy for certain thoughts and emotions to become habitual, locking themselves into expressions on our faces – sometimes over the duration of a whole lifetime. under such conditions muscles can actually “dry up” and contract, inhibiting freedom of expression. this can encourage ageing and the formation of wrinkles as the face loses its muscle tone and elasticity and begins to sag.

Facial massage is designed to be a gentle, non-invasive approach to looking younger. it works primarily by freeing constrictions both within the facial muscles and in the connective tissue.

Through gentle massage of the face, we can help to delay the ageing process. this is achieved by using simple massage techniques and energy balancing, thereby giving the facial muscles a lift and a new lease of life.

The facial massage involves a sequence of massage techniques which act as a natural facelift with no need for surgery, helping you look (and often feel!) younger. We all have tension which builds up in our facial muscles and many of us would love to reduce wrinkles, so it’s not surprising that this is a very popular and sought-after treatment.

The routine releases stresses and traumas locked deeply into the muscles and energy of the face, head and neck. Our face is often our mask, hiding who we really are, and it takes much energy to maintain this “front”. To experience dropping the mask can be the door to profound relaxation and inner ease.

The Benefits of Facial Massage

Tips on Giving yourself a Facial Massage

When cleansing and moisturising your face, use this as an opportunity to treat your skin to a facial massage. an easy movement to do at home is roll patting, just under the jaw line. Try patting the flat of your fingers onto your face and rolling them forward before the next pat to help tone this sag-prone area of skin. use generous amounts of cream, especially if your skin is a little dry. if too little massage cream is applied, the hands will not glide over the skin, creating excessive stimulation

You can also use palm frictions, where you squeeze the back of the neck with one hand, to help loosen tension. use your entire palm when massaging a wide area. In the direction of facial curves, massaging should be done in a rhythm of inner to outer motions. if you do not massage in the direction of facial curves, wrinkles can be formed. Again, use plenty of cream.

If you suffer from headaches (and we all do from time to time!), then small circular frictions of your own temples will really help to alleviate these. this is particularly true for those stress related headaches.
