A Review of Popular Massage Chairs

With so many massage chairs available on the market, where does one begin to choose the best massage chair? several online sources are available that give consumer massage chair reviews. Perhaps a good way to begin your search is to use Google for the query massage chair reviews. this is a good tool to begin your search to finding the best massage chair.

Sanyo manufactures one of the most popular massage chairs available. some of their products offer innovative and advanced technology not found in other models. a couple of their models offer stiffness sensors, fitness sensors and massage memory. Stiffness sensors locate areas that need to be worked and target those specific areas. the fitness sensor determines your body shape and contour and assists the chair in fitting your needs.

Another leading manufacturer of massage chairs is iJoy. iJoy owns the patented Human Touch massage chair technology. these chairs move three-dimensionally and have four different mode settings. the American College of Chiropractic Orthopedists recommend iJoy’s products above all others.

Premier massage chairs have high rankings among message chair reviews. Consumers praise the chairs’ massaging techniques and say that they work wonders on back and neck pain. these chairs are also among the least expensive on the market. Consumers can buy a Premier message chair for up to $400 less than other brands.

Human Touch massage chairs are among the most popular and most expensive. these chairs are, by far, the most technologically advanced chairs of our time. the mechanisms inside the chair serve to closely resemble the firm and precise handling of a massage therapist. They are wonderful devices for people with neck, back and shoulder pain and have also been reported to aid in the relief of headaches and other ailments.

Jeanie Rub Massager Professional Package Review

I purchased Jeanie Rub Massager Professional Package because I couldn’t afford the exorbitant fees of a top masseuse, acupuncturist or chiropractor. I have been suffering from backache for more than 2 years now after work. I thought it was just because of the chair or the desktop. I found this product from my friend’s house and bought it just to try if it can relieve what I think is stress-related backache.

Every morning I feel fine but in most nights, the backache surfaces. When the Jeannie Rub Massager arrived, I thought that there were too many things in the package. I am the kind of person who doesn’t want to put things together. When I buy a product, I want to use it immediately after getting it out of the box. With this massage device, there are too many gadgets inside the package that at first I thought I won’t be able to use it.

I asked my boyfriend to prepare the package so that I can use it. the first time I used it, I felt tingly on my soles and the side of my ribs. after getting the hang of it though, I noticed that the oscillating sensation isn’t just relaxing my muscles; it’s also relaxing me. I have grown to like the massaging sensation it gives.

Although it can’t definitely replace a very good and experienced masseuse, for relief on my back, I can say that this product works. the pressure of a hand that massages your back can’t be replaced by an electronic massage gadget but if you don’t have the money to pay for a good masseuse and if you don’t want to get out of your house for your massage, then this product is definitely beneficial to you.

Shield Life products guard against harmful electromagnetic fields

SANTA FE SPRINGS – on a cold winter night you might be tempted to snuggle up with an electric blanket to keep warm.

But Bob Joo says that might not be the best idea. Joo, director of sales and marketing for Orion Electronics Inc. in Whittier, said his company sells a product that will keep you warmer – and safer.

Orion sells a variety of products under the Shield Life name that incorporate the company’s patented Electromagnetic Field (EMF) shielding technology.

EMFs are produced wherever there is an electrical current. The California Department of Health Services has determined that EMFs can cause an increased risk of childhood leukemia, adult brain cancer, Lou Gehrig’s Disease and miscarriage.

But the Shield Life TheraMat mattress pad, a mattress topper, eliminates up to 90 percent of harmful EMFs.

“The TheraMat uses infrared heat, which penetrates further into the body,” Joo explained. “When you use an electric blanket, about 50 percent of the heat dissipates upward … the heat isn’t captured. But this is more energy efficient and it puts the heat right to the areas where your body applies pressure.”

Orion makes a variety of other Shield Life products, including TheraCove Foot Warmer, a Therassage Neck Pulse Massager and a Cool Pad.

“The cool pad can reduce your surface temperature up to 10 degrees in less than 60 seconds,” Joo said. “It has no electricity and no batteries. it works through touch sensations.”

The pad’s three large cooling zones rest atop a thick layer of memory foam, which makes the pad comfortable to rest upon. Cooling crystals in the pad absorb body heat, thereby reducing a person’s temperature.

“This is more of an indoor product,” Joo said. “It’s good for women with menopause or pregnant moms and newborn babies. They can get really over-heated.”

Joo said some parents also use the Cool Pad to reduce their child’s temperature when they have a fever.

Headquartered at 13281 Barton Circle in Santa Fe Springs, Orion produces its products at two manufacturing plants, one in South Korea and another in China.

Joo said Orion hopes to move its manufacturing operations to the U.S.

“Manufacturing costs in China continue to go up,” he said. “It would also be nice to add a bit of value to our product by being produced here, and we’d be bringing jobs back and not outsourcing.”

Joo said Shield Life products widely known in Asia but have yet to achieve the same popularity here in the U.S. He’s hoping to change that, however.

One Cool Pad user offered his assessment of the product in an online review on PainReliever.com.

“Cool Pad is great – you can travel with it and use it any time you need it,” he said. “I’m going to physical therapy three times a week. I wouldn’t be surprised if she or her group doesn’t order them for their place of business or (for) themselves.”

Different Ways to Get a Good Foot Massage

The benefits of a good foot massage are well known. it can relieve stress and tension. it can ease soreness in the feet, ankles and lower legs. And it can improve circulation.

There are really only four good ways to get a foot massage. there are some pros and cons to all four approaches.

You can get someone else to give you a foot massage, preferably a professional massage therapist. getting your feet massaged in this way can be a problem because you have to adhere to someone else’s schedule. you can’t have the massage when you want it. Also, a foot rub by a professional is expensive. on the other hand, you can discuss with your therapist exactly where your problem areas are and exactly how you want your massage. If you have specific ideas about how you want your foot rub to go, this may be the approach for you.

Another approach to getting a foot massage is to buy a rolling massager from your local drug store. with these devices, you sit in a chair and roll your feet over the massager. the bad thing about these massagers is that you have to continuously move your legs to roll them back and forth. it may feel good on the bottoms of your feet, but your legs will get tired. the nice thing about these devices is that they are fairly cheap.

Electric foot massagers are more expensive than the kind you roll around yourself but not nearly as expensive as paying a professional. they either have rollers (that roll by themselves) or they vibrate. the vibrating kind can be used with your shoes on. this allows someone who has diabetes or sores on their feet to still enjoy a good massage without aggravating any medical problems.

Medical Massage Training

If you are interested in helping people with noninvasive therapies, then medical massage training is a wonderful way to go A quality medical massage education is designed to be a hands-on course where students learn the basics of body physiology, body mechanics, motion and posture.

Medical massage training integrates class work with practical skills to understand the nature and psychology associated with pain and stress management. Students will gain fundamental skills in how to use a variety of applications and massage therapy techniques, including cold/heat therapy, essential oils, hydrotherapy, herbal therapies, laser treatments, and other relevant modalities.

In addition to hands-on experience, students enrolled in massage schools will also gain necessary communication and counseling skills to accommodate clients. Graduates are awarded a certificate of achievement and receive the designation of CMT (Certified Massage Therapist).

Most massage training can be completed in as little as six months, and courses are offered at trade schools, vocational schools and massage therapy schools. Additionally, unlike traditional colleges and universities, students often have the option to attend day and evening classes to meet personal schedules.

In a medical massage school, students are afforded personalized attention, as classes are usually smaller than other academic courses. Some students will opt to further their natural healing education with a focus on a related specialty, such as chiropractic medicine or acupuncture, for instance.

According to the US Department of Labor Statistics, occupations in massage therapy are expected to increase faster than average. Depending on education and experience, a certified or licensed massage therapist may earn $30 or more per hour.

Fat Loss Success Strategies – Cellulite Creams, Pills & Massagers – Do They Help at All?

If you’re looking for an anti cellulite solution then you might be surprised at the number of products that you can buy that claim to be able to get rid of your cellulite. you can buy cellulite cream, gel, lotions, pills and, if you want something completely different, even a cellulite massager The hard part is understanding what they all do and whether they will actually work

Let’s not knock them all though, because some of these products may actually be some use to you. it really depends what they do. But, bear in mind that no cream, pill, massager or scrubber can actually get rid of all your cellulite at the end of the day. that bit of the process is down to you. But, more on that later.

You can, however, see some useful effects from cellulite removal products. They may, for example, make the area look a little better on a cosmetic basis. some can rehydrate, tighten and smooth out the dimpled skin that you have. this may not get rid of cellulite but it sure stops it looking so bad

Other products might also have an effect on your actual cellulite. They may, for example, promote better circulation in the area, which in turn may help break down the waste products and fat pockets a little by doing so, thereby reducing your problem some. for many people any help that they can get is obviously useful.

The point of many of these products is that they can help cover up, mask, smooth out or break down the cellulite deposits you may have. these are essentially little clumps of fat and toxins that bind together just under the skin, and the clumps they form are what give you the orange peel like effect of dimpling on your skin.

Some of these anti cellulite products may make a difference but they may not be able to completely solve your underlying problem. you may, therefore, want to look at doing some extra stuff for yourself to address your body fat issues in general. If, for example, you don’t take much exercise, then now may be the right time to start.

A well structured exercise program could see your problem areas toned up. If you combine regular exercise with a fat loss program then you could intensify your results. If you can burn enough fat then eventually your areas of cellulite will be burned away too.

And healthy eating and regular exercise will help make sure that your body is toxin free. this can make it harder for cellulite to form in the first place so you could also put a stop to repeat problems happening again in the future.

Hand Held Sports Massager’s For Home Use

More often than not, I get really bad muscle cramps when I’m done playing my daily game of tennis. Don’t get me wrong, I absolutely love the sport, but I absolutely hate the unbearable achiness I have the next day, sometimes it makes it even hard to play the next day because I’m in so much pain On a whim a few months ago, I decided to get one of these really nice massagers I saw on HSN (home shopping network) and I’ll be honest at first I was a little skeptical if it would work or not. The product was under $115, what could it really do for that amount of money? once I received the item, I was actually looking forward to using it right away since I was having a terrible muscle spasm that same day. I used the massager for not even ten minutes and the achiness and spasm completely disappeared. These things are fantastic. They are affordable, they actually work, and they are for home use so you know they aren’t going to be this heavy piece of machinery you’re going to have to lug around the house with you.

These massagers are available just about everywhere. recently, I just heard of another brand new massager coming out called The Thumper. this item doesn’t come out until the beginning of August but honestly, even though I love my massager, I might go buy one of these as well The Thumper is unlike other massager’s, instead of just rubbing the surface of your skin, it actually massages deep into the muscle tissue. Here are a few extra added features that are included with the massager:

Percussive action for a massage that penetrates stiff muscles
Heavy Duty DC motor
20 – 40 Hz of various speed controls
User friendly design contours the fit of your hand and allows for self massages
Interchangeable massage heads (this is fantastic)

I absolutely love the different massage heads as well as the different speeds because then you can almost choose how slow or fast as well as how soft or hard you would like the massager to go. Just in case you were wondering there are also several other versions of The Thumper available including Thumper Sport, Thumper Maxi Pro, Thumper Mini Pro 2 and The Thumper Versa. if you would like more information on The Thumper Sport or any other of The Thumper massager’s please check out your favorite search engine

Prostate Massager – The Power Tool

You might have got interested with prostate massager but you found out that doing the activity is giving you lots of difficulties. well, do not fret as you have prostate massager as a friend. This is the power tool that can enable you to reach the pleasurable heights of prostate orgasm. to add, you are also ensuring the healthy status of this walnut-size gland.

I have to be honest, for the first few tries with stimulating my prostate, I had a hard time. I have to change positions for numerous times in order to get one that suits my need. since I practiced for so many times, I finally found the position that I have been looking for. however, if you weren’t as lucky as me, you do not have to give up right away. The prostate massager can be of huge help.

There are different hurdles that one must overcome in doing this task. Good thing that I am pre-disposed to health-related tips like this one. Actually, it was the history of my family that gave me the push to learn more about this sensual massage. My grandfather had cancer in this gland, and that increases my susceptibility to this sickness. The main idea that I was thinking is to free me from cancer.

So, what does this prostate massager do? Do you really need this? Let me be straight, if you have a stubby finger or you have been having difficulties finding your prostate, this is the solution you have been looking for. Not all of us have slender and long fingers, and some are not as fit to do this without any help. If the prostate, or the bump, is located at the deeper part of your rectum, the prostate massager does wonders.

This tool is made to endure the demands of prostate massage. hence, you do not have to worry about the materials that are used in these products. Most of the time, manufacturers use silicon. Its shape is engineered to be able to give your prostate the proper stimulation it needs, in order to pursue a successful orgasm. Lastly, its main purpose is to give you an easier time in reaching the hard to access area.

Prior to using your massager, you may just exercise with just your finger. Just for you to get used to the idea of being stimulated on your anus. before you touch this part of your body, make sure that you have taken a bath, and you did clean your hands and fingers. Also, trim your nails, as this could injure your skin. Give yourself ample time to do this, don’t rush.

Another tip is for you to be in an enclosed area that makes you feel relaxed, and nobody would distract you. Do simple breathing exercises to free your muscles from tensing. Tensed muscles would make it difficult for you to reach your anus. moreover, your body would not be as receptive to stimulation if it is tensed. So, you may do breath in and breath out exercises for a few minutes. I find this very helpful as a preparation.

Along with your massager should be a lubricant that is of good quality. You may easily get this on your pharmacy. Expect bodily liquids in this activity. hence, it is best to have towels ready with you. keep in mind that you have to do ample preparations as we want to avoid injury, and sickness. If you didn’t have your hands and body cleaned, the bacteria maybe transported inside your body.

There is a line of prostate massager that you can choose from. I suggest that you read the reviews and take note of its features. This will allow you to make most out of it. Good Luck

Do I have anxiety or just stress?

I have recently developed symptoms which I believe may be related to anxiety and stress. for the past 6 months I've been waking up with my teeth a little sore which I know is from clenching my teeth while I am asleep. I know because I even catch myself doing it during the day. Another thing I have is constant tensed shoulders and lower back. I am constantly on my chair massager which I feel is the only way to get Relief as well as professional massages. But within a couple of hours of the massages the tension just comes right back. I exercise everyday and eat somewhat right, but I don't know what else to do. I believe it all started building up when I was planning my wedding and buying a house, but all that is over with and it is still here. I don't want to resort to medication, is there any other solution to ease what I think is anxiety?Does anyone else deal with this?

aniexty yes i do have alot and it wont let up, i am well just doing my best every day,
and well getting up and doing things every day, and i do buggers of thoughts not bad ones
just ones supposed to be gone in 2010 and wont let me, they are not bad but buggers
and well not fair if they were gone id be happier and thinking other stuff. tv shows ect
and how nice it is out today snowy and cold.. brrrr

go see a doctor maybe talking about it would help or ask for herbal medicine.

Masturbation question?

What kind of massager would work best if cannot purchase an actual vibrator?

Sorry, I know this is intimate but I need to know whether it'll be worth my money.

Teledyne used to make a very nice body massg. with lots of attachments… I don't know if they still do or not. There's no reason you couldn't get a vibrator though…. adameve.com should have some…

im guessing ur under 18 and dnt have a credit card to order online if true just go to spencers and they have quite a variety and u can buy at any age as long as u look older than 16 its a novelty store i bought one for one of my gf's back in the day lol

Theres a lot that work. I have a pretty good chest of toys but I sometimes find just the small hand held massagers from the drug store work great.

Any body massager will probably be just fine. or you can always get an inexpensive extra electric toothbrush..never know when it may come in handy :)

Good luck and have fun :)

u can get vibrator from any sex toy shop in ur region.

Any vibrating object.

Try your fingers first. moved side to side over the clitoris quickly with a light touch works well for my partners before I perform cunnilingus which also works well.
