any moisturiser oil of ulay is very good
goldbond does wonders
i wish i knew but i did try some a&d ointment and then i wore socks for about an hour or so and then they were so soft i bet if i did this for about a week or so it would help
This always works for me — at night rub vaseline onto your feet and cover them with a pair of old socks — ones you dont mind getting gross. when you wake up in the morning, the vaseline will have absorbed into your feet!
Try using a dry skin lotion on them at night, and wear socks to bed. During the day soak them in sea salt and water, and use a buffing pad to get the dead skin off.
Can you get Aveeno in the US? If not plan a trip to Canada. the stuff is a great moisturizer. If you are Canadian then any drug store will carry it. About a week later you'll have great looking heels, elbows, legs, arms, etc….
I don't know about cracks, but for dry feet in general, try Nexcare foot cream. It's *awesome*, no lie. It works fast, makes the skin soft and smooth, soaks in quickly, and it's totally non-greasy. Plus it smells good. I think Nexcare also makes a cracked skin ointment or something like that and if the cream is good, I bet the cracked skin stuff is good, too.
But if the skin doesn't respond well to regular creams, try a super-rich medicated cream–you might have a touch of athlete's foot (it's everywhere–don't fret over it, just put on some cream and it'll clear up.) Either way, put on a good cream, put on some socks, and your skin will get softer and smoother. seriously, Nexcare is the best! they also make great bandages. this is not a paid endorsement–I just recommend what I like the best.
e45 foot and heel cream £6.99 at your local boots store
bacteria is the cause of this and i'm sure it is because you are wearing shoes (especially when worn with socks)…the remedy may be as simple as going barefoot to keep your feet clear of the harmful bacteria that causes feet to become dry and cracked…
washing your feet after taking off your shoes will also help….
The Body Shop's Peppermint Foot Lotion.
It's really soothing and smells nice too!
Use a file in the shower, the kind that looks like a paddle which you can get at any drugstore. Use it in the shower while your feet are wet. I have to do that. after you get out, use a good moistureizer. Use the moistureizer before bed too. Do the file regiment until you start to see some improvement.
My wife use this lotion called "Dr. Scholl's For Her Cracked Skin repair cream". It's work like magic! It's only took a week to heal to a nice soft normal heels.
sart off with a pedicure then try Ahava dermud its from israel made with the dead sea its totally fantastic and worked for me good luck
If your a BIG flip flop wearer, try not wearing them so much, also they make this stuff called udder butter (other brands of the same thing available) and it worked for me
peppermint lotion and pumice scrub.
Sudacrem. seriously it works a treat. again, rub it on your heals and cover with sock every other day for a couple of weeks.
you are now stepping out of the shower your feet are wet and you got this stuff from the doctor that looks like Axel grease and you smear it on your feet pull tight socks on over the mess put on regular socks over that and go about your life at home the change will be in relationship to how long you can use what I've suggested before you go back to allowing your too be left unchecked, use same socks everyday for a week, apply twice a day, you'll live
Hi just a really good moisturiser vaseline intensive care is a good moisturiser. Also Lush has a fair trade foot lotion. I havent tried it but Lush is Briliiant, Also Avon have bought a peel for your feel like a glycolic peel for you face they also do other foot products.
I would suggest taking an anti-fungus medication, toghether with a cream containing UREA or SALICILIC ACID. Sounds to me you have a HYPERQUERATINIC DERMATOMICOSIS (aka foot fungus with alot of buildup of a substance called queratine). Talk to your doctor about it.
I saw this cream in the Avon book the other day, you rub it on and it peels off and takes all of the dry skin with it. It looks good, I cant remember how much it was though.
oil —-any kind of oil and wear socks in bed.
I used to have this problem until I doscovered a product called flexitol heel balm, this stuff is great, if you combine using it twice a day with some sort of footbiffer you will have smooth feet in two weeks, trust me!
pumise stome it off or use a corse foot file. after a bath is best as the skin will be softer. But dont do this if they are bleeding you need to cream them reg to let them heal excuse the pun. then start the beauty treatment
