Most people in their 20′s are not yet very much concerned about skin aging. Anti wrinkle creams and lifting creams aren’t exactly necessary at this point of their life. however, did you know that majority of the women who have major wrinkle problems during their 30′s did not take care of their skin when they were in their 20′s? most serious signs of skin aging such as wrinkles appear in our 30′s but as early as our mid 20′s our skin’s ability to hold moisture starts to decrease. This is the reason why we should start taking extra care of our skin as early as our 20′s to avoid having well pronounced wrinkles and other signs of skin aging in our early 30′s. with this, let me share to you some tried and tested anti-aging tips that you can use in your 20′s.
1. use UV protection (sunscreen) everyday. Studies have shown that about 80% of premature skin aging happens because of UV damage. Sun is the main culprit for premature skin aging. Using sunscreen everyday with both UVA and UVB protection can help you avoid having the signs of skin aging such as fine lines, dry skin and wrinkles at an early age.
2. use a good eye cream/moisturizer. it is very important to moisturize and protect the area around our eyes as early as our 20′s. it is where our skin is the thinnest and most sensitive and it’s also the area where wrinkles usually first appear so it’s best to take extra care of this area. Eye creams or eye moisturizers as some would call them also helps reduce dark circles.
3. stop smoking. Smoking is not only bad for our lungs, it is also bad for our skin. Smoke drains out moisture in our skin and reduces its elasticity which makes it dry and lifeless. it also leads to constriction of blood vessels which leads to lack of oxygen in the bloodstream. Smoking speeds up the aging process so it’s best to avoid, or better yet, stop puffing smoke as early as you can before it does major damage on your skin.
4. Moisturize and drink lots of water. did you know that dryness is a symptom of skin aging? Lack of moisture can make our skin look dull, dry and leathery in texture. So to avoid this from happening, always remember to drink lots of water and moisturize your skin everyday.

Ok I think I wanna try Arbonne but know I dont know what system to use. I am 25 and I have dry skin with some blemishes and have fine lines. I also have dark puffy circles under my eyes. I want something that will give me healty shiny young moisterized looking skin. I was thinking the antiaging re9 system but now Im not so sure. what system do ya'll think I should use?
At your age, depending on your skin, you could start with the Intelligence Not-So-Basic line. it still has anti-aging components to it and SPF protection. I would say, you don't need to start using RE9 until you are in your mid-late thirties. Unless you have a lot of sun damage to your skin (i.e. you tan often, or work outdoors a lot)
The Intelligence line is wonderful, and a little less expensive. I'm using it right now and I really love it.
Check my profile and click on my website if you want more information. I'd love to send you some free samples if you want to try them before you purchase the product.
I am an area manager with Arbonne
Whoever is introducing you to the products should be giving you the opportunity to try the lines in your home for a few days. I have built my business by letting people take home the line to see if it is right for them.
I would say absolutely first try the RE9 line it is not for old people it is preventative skin care that addresses the signs of aging. you are said you some concerns. the eye cream will deal with the puffiness and brighten up the eye area, the serum will take care of the blemishes. the entire line is highly moisturizing and will balance you out. you won't believe how hydrated, healthy and glowing your skin will become. you can always try them both?
Hope this helps
Hi. I'm an Arbonne consultant, but also a testimony of the NutriMinC Re9 Anti-Aging product. I started using the system last year just a few weeks before my wedding. before starting Arbonne and learning about the system and the proper uses of skin care, my daily skin care routine consisted of dove soap and water. I broke our periodically and my face would go through dry spells. just a few weeks after using this system, I noticed amazing results. as a matter of fact, my guests at my wedding made a point to come up to me and asked me what I was doing differently. the anti-aging line is specifically formulated to address the after effects of sun damage and aging as well as help to reduce the appearance of long term environmental damage such as brown spots and freckles. Research shows that 6 months continued use of this system gives a 68% decrease in deep density lines and wrinkles! I would not be sharing these products if I didn't love them! I would be happy to send you a free sample if you would be open to giving it a try.

For a school project, I am making a campaign/organization against Cyber Bullying. It's going to put on workshops for different age groups that will raise awareness and teach respect among kids and teens on the internet.
I REALLY need help coming up with a name though. right now all I have is "Think before You Type", but it sounds overused and not original enough to make people remember it. Any help on how to come up with a better name?
Or you could even just give me words, adjectives, anything inspiring! I am having serious brain block right now.

Face cream WITH MATRIXYL 3000, MATRIXYL, ARGIRELINE + HYALURONIC ACID claims to promote collagen and reduce wrinkles.
do they really work?
How about face cream with Vit C and Vit A? are they better to fight the signs of aging?
If you've ever watched a program in the UK called Despatches, who did a special on these supposed anti-wrinkle creams, you'll know the only thing that prevents aging is sunblock, to prevent wrinkles getting worse. there is nothing on the market that can reduce wrinkles, only maybe make them look better temporarily, for example by using light-reflective ingredients. nothing can promote your own skin's collagen. the only cream I've ever been pleased with is Avon's Thermafirm, which "tightens" the skin temporarily, making the skin look tauter. the best thing you can do for your skin is get enough sleep, drink lots of water and DON'T SMOKE!!!
thy don't work, ive been rubbing them in my ball`s for years and thy still look old
