Day in and day out, moisturizing your skin is already part of your daily routine like the need to wash your body. What are organic ingredients that can be used as moisturizers? there are top three ingredients. one major ingredient that works effectively is the Jojoba oil. This oil is similar to the sebum found in your skin, which can trick the skin and help balance the natural lipids. Jojoba oil is light and can easily be absorbed by the skin cells. It contains antioxidants that protect the skin from any damages.

Second is the Grapeseed extract that is considered very helpful in retaining the moisture. It can also revitalize your skin and get rid of the wrinkles. aside from that, this oil is beneficial in removing stretch marks.

Another valuable substance is the organic honey. This raw material is very rich in antioxidants and works effectively in confining moisture in your skin. As you apply honey on your skin, you can be guaranteed that it will be well-hydrated. It also has healing properties that can treat skin problems like sunburn or minor cuts and bruises. What is the Best Hand Moisturizer Routine and What Ingredients You Should Avoid

Some suggest that the best hand moisturizer routine is to coat your hands with Vaseline and cover them with plastic gloves before going to bed. That’s the wrong advice.

In fact, you should never use Vaseline on your hands or body. It’s not an effective moisturizer and neither is petrolatum or mineral oils. They are all the same thing. They are not similar enough to your skin’s own oils, so they will not be beneficial.

The use of those kinds of products on a regular basis inhibits the body’s natural ability to replenish skin cells. They clog the pores, so toxins cannot be released through them. the reason it helps prevent diaper rash is because it REPELS moisture.

Why someone would think that the best hand moisturizer routine would include the use of something that repels moisture is obvious. Unilever and other cosmetic companies have convinced them that it’s a good ingredient to use.

They are supposed to provide safe health and beauty aids. we are supposed to trust in their wisdom. But, if we don’t make efforts to protect ourselves, they make our problems worse.

In actuality the best hand moisturizer routine should include a number of steps. Let’s start with the other products that you use. if you use those antibacterial hand soaps, you are drying out your skin. All of them cause excessive dryness, because all of them contain excessive amounts of alcohol. you should also avoid the use of Purell and other soap-less hand cleansers.

Some of the antibacterial soaps contain triclosan, a chemical that accumulates in the body over time and disrupts the endocrine system. it is listed as a probable human carcinogen and every one should stop using because it is polluting our environment.

It is too chemically stable, so it doesn’t decompose in nature as regular soap would. Researchers advise that washing your hands with plain soap and water is just as effective as using anti-bacterial soaps with triclosan.

Other things that you should consider part of your best hand moisturizer routine include the use of gloves when cleaning the house or doing dishes. Your hands are more likely to be exposed to the sun than other parts of your body. the sun is very drying and causes damage that makes your hands look older.

If you have chlorinated water, you should invest in a good filter for your showerhead and your faucets. Chlorine is also very drying.

Once you consider making these changes, you should look for a cream to use every day and every night. it should contain natural plant oils like jojoba, grape seed and olive oil. it should contain antioxidants like vitamin E and coenzyme Q10. All of these are effective moisturizers and they undo some of the damage that has been done over time.

But, the best ingredient to look for is called Functional Keratin. in clinical studies it has been shown to vastly improve conditions such as detergent-related contact dermatitis. That’s the best hand moisturizer routine that I can come up with; safe, effective ingredients.

What Ingredients Make the Best Facial Moisturizer?

What makes the best facial moisturiser? Is it the brand name it carries? Is it the fragrance it has?How about the overall presentation of the product?are these the best benchmarks for determining what is the best moisturizer for face and other body areas?

To some people some of the above mentioned properties are of importance to them. Some people may not buy any product unless it carries a well known label.others may be more inclined to buy the product their favourite star endorses and advertises.others may not like the idea of scentless products believing that only the best products have the best, freshest scents.

But do these questions really matter when it comes to your skin and what you put on it?can you be assured that just because it has an extremely expensive price tag that enjoys’ Hollywood style’ advertising that it is a superior product that will work for you?

What is it about the brand name that it so appealing to us?Branding is a very important marketing strategy.many people have been involved in how they want their product to appear and who they want it to appeal to.

Millions of dollars are spent daily in research, development and advertising to reach their intended market and often what you find is that because so much effort and money is spent in these areas that the product themselves are not always of the best quality.

The products may contain important active ingredients but they are normally at such low levels that they cannot produce the long lasting results that you are looking for.

Personally I prefer using a high quality product that contains high levels of active ingredients than an inferior product that has been advertised by a Hollywood star.

Some Ingredients You Should look For in the best Facial Moisturizer

Below are a couple of the really important ingredients that you should look for in the best moisturiser for face and body

Coenzyme Q10 is present in the mitrochrondira of each cell in the body and as with most anti-aging anatomical changes it decreases with age.

Nano-Lipobelle H-EQ10v is a coenzyme Q10 in a specialised nano-emulsion version that has the unique ability to penetrate 7 levels of the skin ensuring that it reaches the deep levels of the dermis where most of the growth and nourishment of the skin takes place.

It protects against ageing caused by exposure to harmful UV-A rays from the sun

-Nourishes the skin with antioxidants, which destroy harmful free radicals

-Rejuvenates the skin by enhancing cell activity

This is the whole rub of the matter for effective anti-aging products, Enhancing Cellular Activity.

It’s no good for example buying an expensive cream that contains collagen because normal collagen is molecularly too large to penetrate into the skin the better alternative is to buy a product containing Cynergy TK which is a natural form of functional keratin, extracted from the wool of lambs, that stimulates the re-growth of collagen and elastin cells at cellular level.

Using the best facial moisturizer or best moisturiser for face and body can really give you the results you are looking for. Products that contain Nano-Lipobelle H-EQ10v& Cynergy TK are at the cutting edge of safe cell rejuvenation technology that works?

Why do women think some hot guys are gay?

I'm talking about guys who are muscular, tanned, waxed etc and use moisturisers…

Why do women consider these types as gay? did you ever consider they put in this effort to look good for you? or maybe not?

hmmmm, i work out, i work on my hygiene, i'm trimmed… i do all that for myself, not for some female i don't know.
you've got issues.

It's a stereotypical thing. Most guys that actually take care of themselves are gay. Most straight guys are all rough, and rugged and watch football and drink beer, so seeing a guy that's the exact opposite of that, we sometimes assume to be gay.

Because they take care of themselves more than we do. Like I personally have friends who are muscular and tanned, waxed and well they know more about these things that me and my girls know. We know he is not gay but he sure talks like one, giving us all the tips about all these products. I do think that they put in the effort for us but its just how we are.

i don't think women think those types of guys are gay, i think other guys think those kinds of guys are guy….. and more specifically, homophobic guys think those kinds of guys are gay….. you know, the type who try to be all "alpha-male", and super manly, because they don't want anyone thinking they are gay….. and really the ones who deny it when nobody is even asking are probably the ones who think about it the most…go figure.

The waxing and the moisturizers throw us off!!!

Suggestions for inexpensive natural/organic facial moisturizer lotion->can also work around eyes?

Hello
I'm looking for a facial moisturizer lotion that is very natural/organic (or even a home remedy type thing), something soothing for the skin. I've also had horrible dryness/almost rash-like irritation around the eyes, which I think have to do with moisture too or something (it's very irritated and has been), so I would love a facial moisturizing lotion that can be used around the eyes. I can't afford expensive creams, I'm currently on a heavy budget..any ideas?

I would also stop using concealers. my suggestion would be Organix Cosmetics eye serum in their Organic Anti Aging Line or Organique Eye Serum. they are very lightweight, fast absorbing serums. do not use creams in the eye area. Then you get those tiny bumps around the eyes.

Which Moisturiser is the best for dry skin?

Please suggest me the good moisturiser as I have a dry skin.

one with essential oils in it check wen u go to buy it

Skin Smoothing Cream – What You Need to Know About This Dermalogica Moisturiser

Skin Smoothing Cream – why Does everybody Love you?

Skin smoothing cream has to be the most used dermalogica moisturiser ever, why is this? for the simple fact that it feels really nice on the skin, instantly improves the hydration of your skin and is suitable for most skin types, preferably normal to combination dry skins.

It is a medium weight highly active cream with added vitamins and botanicals that work synergistically together to work perfectly with your skin. It is more than just a simple moisturiser, it uses silk amino acids in its formula to improve your skin’s texture by smoothing the skin, hence the name “skin smoothing!” Silk amino acids also have great water binding properties and help combat skin dehydration.

Aloe is also used in this popular dermalogica moisturiser to not only help healing but also to prevent the appearance of any tell-tale dehydration fine lines on the skin, improve moisturisation and smoothness.

It is also loaded with vitamins a, C and E and grape seed extract for antioxidant protection from the drying effects of environmental exposure, pollution and stress (reducing free radical activity).

Even though dermalogica does not let us know the percentage of vitamins in most of its products, my guess is they have more vitamin E, because vitamin E smooths the skin and the more vitamin E used the more moisture in your skin and just using a 5% concentration of vitamin E to the skin showed a 36% improvement in skin smoothness.

You would think that this moisturiser would have a greater percentage of vitamin E and remember vitamin E protects the cell membranes from free radical damage (one of the causes of aging).

This moisturiser also uses herbal extracts of mallow, cucumber and arnica. Mallow helps to soften dry skin, while cucumber and arnica soothe and hydrate the skin.

How to use Dermalogica’s Skin Smoothing

For the most effective results, you need to cleanse your skin first preferably with a dermalogica cleanser prescribed for your skin, then gently spritz your skin with dermalogica’s multi-active toner, this product lightly hydrates your skin and prepares it for moisturisation.

Now squeeze out a pea size amount of the dermalogica moisturiser, that’s all you need for your face and neck, and apply it to your face while it’s still damp from the multi-active toner. Using multi-active toner with skin smoothing this way, will actually make your moisturiser last twice as long, because you use less.

If you are going to do this in the day make sure you apply a sunscreen over the top because this moisturiser does not contain any sunscreen as it is made to be used morning and night, my personal recommendation is to use the solar booster from dermalogica as this sunscreen can be mixed in with skin smoothing cream, making application quick and easy.

Skin Smoothing Cream Summary

Remember dermalogica skin smoothing cream is a moisturiser with added vitamins for antioxidant protection, silk amino acids for smoothness and various herbal extracts to hydrate the skin.

This is a great moisturiser and feels fantastic on the skin but if you are concerned with anti-aging I would suggest you try other skin care products in the range or boost the effectiveness of skin smoothing cream by adding the boosters to it, or even dermalogica’s map-15 for anti-aging benefits.

Remember you need to wear sunscreen in the day, preferably one with added vitamins for protection and try using multi-active toner with it, you will find even more benefits for your skin and you will wonder how you ever used a moisturiser without it.

Although skin smoothing cream uses vitamin a, in this product, it is for it antioxidant protection properties only, so make sure you include exfoliation into your weekly skin care routine. Why do women use the toner before the moisturizer? What is the toner? and what does it do?

I'm 27 yrs old, with really dry skin. I've always used the avon moisturizers and its helped my skin so much, but I keep hearing that the toner is a very importance process of washing and moisturizing your face..why? what does it do and what benefits can I get from this now and later? thank you all for your help :)

I wouldn't use toner if you have dry skin or it will make it dryer. Some people argue toner is neccessary and some argue that it is just a way for cosmetics companies to sell one more thing your face doesn't need.
They are very good for those with oiley skin as they sweep up excess moisture, they also do a good job of totally cleaning up any cleanser residue and they are also good for just refreshing your face when you can't totaly wash it.
I sometimes use one, I like the more natural ones like from companies such as Decleor or Caudalie but plain old rose water is an old favourite.
but it is not neccessary and like I mentioned if you are prone to dry skin it won't do you any favours, just keep using a wask that suits you, clean off well and use a good mosituriser!
hope this helps!

Toners shrink the pores – you don't need them. I don't use them as some of them can be very drying and are often full of chemicals anyway.

I use the Vitamin E moisturiser – currently looking for a different one as this one is packed with parabens. =/ which is a shame, since it's the best moisturiser I've ever used, and is a great base for makeup..

I have oily skin and I struggle with blackheads so toner helps me because it shrinks my pores. so when I don't use it is very noticeable and I can tell the difference. so I guess it depends on your skin type. I like Clean and Clear products.
